So sad to hear this close to the gathering.  You can not think of her without remembering that glowing smile.

Loved seeing Kaye in the halls or anywhere.  She always had a big smile on her face and brought everyone up!  She will be missed by all of us that knew her.

Kaye was among the first people I met at Greiner - we were in the same homeroom.  I thought she and Rita were just about the funniest two people I'd ever met.  Kay could be so crazy and I admired her for doing all kinds of things I was never brave enough to do to make people laugh.  I have wonderful memories of Kaye through Greiner and Sunset and I will certainly miss her.

I was so sorry to hear about Kaye. I was looking forward to catching up with her at the Reunion. We went all the way through school together. She was so funny and such a great friend. She will be missed.

Well what can be said that already hasn't been said?  She was my friend of 56 years.  We met in the 7th grade and went through many of life's adventures through Sunset, college, marriages, careers and into our "mature" years.  She never really complained because things were always great with her (even though sometimes things weren't).  Never one to be shy, right now she's probably telling the angels how to run heaven!  Lots of memories will always remain with me and she won't be forgotten.

Kaye and I fist met in 1st grade at Winnetka Elementary. She was such a delight, so funny and fun!! We used to pick mulberries in her alleyway and eat them as we picked. We would work our way down to the mulberry trees behind Rhonda Sheffield's house!! When we had our fill we would head home. She will be missed by so many !!

It is so good to read all your thoughts and memories of Kaye as she was such a special and unique friend.  Think about how her infectious smile and laugh and fun spirit affected so many of us.  We were together in so many different activities. Kaye got me in fun trouble and had my back in so many situations.  Even from a distance of years, she will remain always special to me.
